بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له..وأشهد ان لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله.
All praise is due to Allah, we seek his refuge, and ask for his forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from our own bad deeds. Whoever Allah guides, no one can misguide him, and whoever Allah misguides, no one can guide him. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah Alone, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his messenger.
The Strange Religion
- Islam started strange and will return to being strange
- How can Islam become strange, even though there are 1.8 billion Muslims in the world?
- The strangeness of Islam will come from the rejection by Muslims themselves of certain Islamic values and beliefs
- Muslims have left Islam’s teachings, impressed with what others have. They are tolerating and accepting values that are opposite to what Allah SWT has commanded
- We are tolerating and accepting values that are completely opposite to what Allah SWT has commanded us
- Loving this dunya and hating death is what makes us weak
Strangeness Does Not Mean Isolation
- The Prophet SAW said that a time will come when it will be better for Muslims to isolate themselves, but we are not there yet
- As long as we still have an impact, which we do, we should not isolate ourselves
- The Muslim community still gathers together
- We may be strange, but we are still making an impact
Islam Will Always Be Preserved
- In history, many nations and religions have come and gone
- But in our history, Islam has declined, yet it always comes back strong
- Allah SWT will always preserve this religion, so will we be the ones who will get a reward for putting in our efforts to preserve and preach it, or will we be the ones who sit back and lose out on that reward?
- Everyone’s effort is needed to preserve and spread this deen
- People may look down on the religion, but just because the majority of people think something is weird or bad, doesn’t mean that it is
- If you are the last one carrying the message, how hard will you fight to keep it alive?
